Refund policy

Commissions

A 50 percent payment required to secure art commissions is due at the time of the commission agreement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork prior to delivery or shipping. The artist reserves the right to complete the commission within a reasonable estimated timeline unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no returns on commissioned artwork.

Non-commissioned artwork

Artworks purchased from this site may be returned only by contacting Paul Sarkis Studio within 5 days of purchase, and in the condition it was received. No returns or exchanges are accepted on discounted or sale artwork. Return shipping is at the cost to the purchaser.
